   Emily is a Mississauga- based makeup artist with an exceptional eye for detail and a talent for bringing creative concepts to life. She draws inspiration from the beauty that surrounds her and stays ahead of the curve by mastering the latest trends, tools, and techniques.

   From a young age, Emily found herself captivated by experimenting with her mother’s makeup, eagerly assisting her in preparing for special events. Though she harbored a deep interest in makeup, she never initially saw the industry as a potential career path. After graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Emily rediscovered her passion and talent for makeup. She enrolled in the Makeup for Media and Creative Arts program at Sheridan College, establishing the foundation of her career as a makeup artist.

   Emily further honed her skills internationally at the prestigious Make Up For Ever Academy in Paris, France, owned by luxury conglomerate LVMH, where she trained under some of the industry’s leading experts. Upon completing her training, she became a certified artist, equipped with advanced techniques and a global perspective on makeup artistry.

   As an artist, Emily understands the importance of continually refreshing ideas and utilizes the inspiration shown through the diverse people she meets to broaden her scope. Emily's creative mind and her appreciation of the complex linkages between high fashion, makeup, and hairstyling, led to her interest specifically in the editorial field. This branch of the industry allows her to create a vast array of looks, from natural to avant-garde, that all have a common goal: telling a client's story.

   Emily is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusivity, believing that the beauty industry should embrace individuals of all genders, cultures, and backgrounds. She sees makeup as a powerful medium to amplify the theme of a look, using artistic expression to redefine beauty in ways that resonate with people from all walks of life.
